The warning was a bit hard to understand - let me try again:

Visiting a web-site with @BD's java script code in the web pages is the 'trigger'.
The actual changes to the kindle is done by the script named jb in the Kindle root.

So any source of the 'trigger' should be alright -
It is the source of the 'jb' named script that you need to be certain of.

Hope that is more clear.

If you have been follow all of this, you probably noticed that the people who forgot to put the file named: jb in the root of USB storage only got a: "Unable to start ..." type of message.
