bump?

Somewhat apologies for resurrecting this thread, though I'm guessing it was missed because of the Xmas period.

I've searched hard and can't find much direct comparison info.

Basically (like bsnick) I want to know whether the extra RAM of m96plus makes much difference over the standard m96's performance. I'm looking at buying one [owner of nook simple touch for many years - almost never use it because too small]. Would I regret saving almost $100 (AUD) by buying the 512mb m96 rather than the Plus? I will use it mostly to read academic pdf.

How do the two compare?

I don't really want to wait for the 13.3" reader (in case it never comes).

Thanks.
