Audible can be so annoying sometimes. I was surprised to see I had used so many credits already, so I started paging through my transaction details. Lo and behold, I had been charged two credits for my purchase during the 2-for-1 Brandon Sanderson sale. They happily credited my account, but if I hadn't spotted it, I would be out a credit. It boggles my mind how a company this big can have such fundamental problems with core processes like billing customers the right amount.
