^It's not warm enough or close enough to spring to want a sheet of ice that woulud be hear until mid-March. Normal high is -9 and normal low is -20. Things just don't melt that fast yet so any rain that falls is going to be a skating rink.
There's been not enough shoveling here and terrible sledding conditions. I want some snow so the kids can have some fun. Last time we went sledding all the outdoor clothes had to go in the washer because they were covered in mud. That is not supposed to happen in January.
