And you must use either credit on the account or a credit card, in order to get the box to send the voucher to, in step 5 (I think step 5)
If you pay via PayPal, you must instead first buy micropay for your account (be sure to click thru from paypal to complete the transaction. Then, purchase the book, using the voucher, and change the payment type to micropay on the payment page.
