That's because The Rover and The Nature of a Crime were published in 1923, and won't be PD in the US until 1919 unless Disney steps in again to bribelobby Congress into extending copyright terms again. Of course, it's PD pretty much everywhere else in the world except the few countries with copyright terms worse than life+70 (Mexico?). Suspense was published posthumously in 1925, so it may become PD in the US in 1921.
