All requests go to piperclassique now, correct? Do I still need to provide an email address for the code or will piperclassique just PM the code to me?
Are there any problems using Gmail "plus" addresses

to get codes from Baen?
Are the codes tied to a specific monthly bundle or can they be used with any bundle? There are currently 3 available bundles (March, April, and may 2016). If I want 2 or 3 of them, what do I need to do?
Is there a limit to how many different codes I can use in a single month? Do the codes expire?
