One other piece of information that I like to include is the price at Amazon. Well, you can't get it there in a digital form, apparently. The lowest price for a physical copy is 51 cents, I think that it is, for one in a "good" condition. Not much saved there, but you do avoid a third-party $3.99 shipping charge. And if you want it in a digital form, it looks like you'll either need to get the pdf freebie or buy a physical copy and fire up the ole scanner (ack!), assuming you legally can do that under Fair Use provisions and all of that, of course.
