I use SugarSync because it has two features that Dropbox does not: it will sync with any directory that I choose (not just ones in a specific spot, although it has that directory too) and I can also set up individual directories to be cloud only, rather than cloud+desktop.

It used to have a free model; I don't know if it still does (I am a paid subscriber and I can't access most cloud sharing sites from my work computer to check.)
