Ok I just downloaded Calibre portable 2.50.1, my win 10 tablet using the Nook usb cable works, but using the usb cable I normally use with my Linux P.C. it did not work at all, even the windows file manger did not see my Nook.

Try a different usb cable.

Using Windows 10 32 bit.
