Off the top of my head the only thing I can think of is Google Play Books. You upload the ePub to Google and then it will sync between apps. There is an Android app and a Chrome app that could be used on a desktop.

There was some talk a while back about BlueFire adding a sync capability, but I don't know if it ever happened. Might want to check and see if their Android and Windows apps sync. That is assuming you're running Windows, you didn't say.
