YJF and YJR are auxiliary files associated with Amazon's KFX format. (YJ refers to Yellow Jersey, the code name for the project.)

Calibre cannot handle that format, but you can use the Manage Your Content and Devices page on Amazon's web site to download the book in a more usable format.
