I use the Kobo app which so far I am happy with. I know that Kobo does not have a cloud.
All of my books come from Kobo, I'm not a fan of the Amazon way/method.
I have just tried downloading to my iPad three books, the Kobo app only shows the book I am currently reading!
I still wonder if the problem is due to Apple....
