A forum is not a book... But if I did ever buy an ebook that was typeset like a webpage, and couldn't easily fix such a stupid publishing mistake myself, then I would be asking for a refund.
Edit: I haven't ever come across an ebook that had hyphenation disabled, and out of about 400 ebooks read to date only a handful have had the problem of the publisher forcing left-justification.
