Finished Prescription: Murder; decided to try something new-- I got on the treadmill that had been newly excavated from the archeological site that is the breakfast nook in my kitchen and picked a book at near random: Armageddon Girl by C.J. Carella, apparently another superhero-type book (apparently that's a going thing, now) The main character is a geeked out college girl with none of the looks and most of the awkwardness.

What has sold me for the book is this quote halfway through the first chapter:
Quote:
My freaking life can't pass the Bechdel test, she thought bitterly.
