So far I've had no trouble playing the contest and getting the codes. In fact, at the very beginning of the contest I got my first 45% code -- highest I've ever gotten. I used that one, and a 35% and 30% code without problem.

I tested a 25% code on a book, and it would have been accepted if I had gone through with the purchase. But testing the code apparently counts as using it, since a subsequent test with that coupon failed. So, I'd be cautious about testing codes.
