Zelda, I got a "we miss you" code email as well, but different code.
I have successfully played & received promo code for each day of the contest (Canada), but have not been successful in using them. I've tried to purchase several books I know are code eligible, and tried to apply several codes with no luck. I'm not even going to bother trying to get replacement codes from Kobo - it isn't worth the tremendous hassle & rigmarole they make you go through. I just deleted everything from my cart and closed the tab - though not before filling out their ridiculous contact form to inform them so.
What is the point of holding a contest & giving out promo codes that you don't allow your customers to use?
