I love this series, but it definitely isn't for everyone and I always recommend it with reservations. I liked both of the main characters, but with him basically being a vigilante (as well as completely obsessed with her), I imagine this wouldn't appeal to some readers. Personally, I've always loved anti-heroes, so it doesn't bother me.
