OK I have solved it.
First. Use ~ instead of ` in usbNetwork command if You have 3.3 or any other OS than 2.5.8. in kindle DXG.
Second instal driver
http://wiki.openmoko.org/wiki/File:NeoRndis.inf.txt just by clicking inf file if Your windows can;t see the USB Ethernet RDIS gadget.
The rest is just like in

I have used files for DXG v 57
Generally Kindle has up to 2 sec lag to your display in PC/ So better use it for text/excel
