Weird thing just happened - I have left Update_usbnetwork_0.57.N_dxg_install bin file in the root of my Kindle DXG.
Did nothing on my own.
When having kindle connected via USB I have unmounted it from Windows 10 pro 64bit. But kindle was Still charging.
Suddenly, After a while kindle started update with the use of the above mentioned file.
It updated with success. Worked fine. Then I set up on PC a VNC, and connected Kindle dxg 3.3. but it was recognized as USB mass storage - maybe file name of "Disabled AUTO" in USBnetwork folder on kindle (shown up after update) should be changed to "AUTO"? as said there:
