I just had the same problem a few minutes ago in the plug-in with http://www.tthfanfic.org/Story-25627, despite having my personal.ini set to adult and restarting calibre last night after updating the plug-in. I could download the story successfully with the web app, though. Then I noticed that I had three other stories open in the viewer in calibre. I closed all three, restarted calibre again, and that seems to have resolved the issue. It's possible that the e-book viewer was open when I updated and then restarted calibre, which is probably not the best way to update.
