Hm. I see there was a 32-bit version that ran on NT 3.x only. Never knew that.

Later, parts of NT's 32-bit underpinnings were backported to Windows 3.11, called Win32s. Many programs worked fine with this, as long as they didn't use any specific NT-only parts that were/could not be ported.

Did Word 6 32-bit run under Win32s, and later, Windows 95 and NT 4?
