Same for me. I talked with customer service. They tried to say the book was not coupon eligible, but I pointed out I had two coupon eligible books in my cart at the time. I asked her to please test them both and sure enough both are coupon eligible. Then they had me send a screencapture of my email with the code (they didn't want the actual email, but whatever
). Still waiting to hear back. I miss their chat feature.
