Hi, not sure where all you're starting to post/get the word out, but from a practical perspective, I'd hold off until the Look Inside feature kicks in. Not a lot of readers are going to bother with downloading a sample from an unknown author but they may click to view.
And I have to admit, the cover isn't doing you any favors...at the least, it doesn't seem to have much to do with the commercial romance genre. Take a look at the top 100 bestsellers in your categories for inspiration, for a start.
