Yep! That's what the aliases are for. I'm working on doing a video on my method of putting a good alias file together, but if you pause the video as I'm looking at the alias file (around 3:21), you can see that I add in alternate names for the characters as they show up in the book.
Artemis Fowl II also shows up as Artemis and Arty, so I have them listed.
It doesn't get a perfect result depending on the book content, but it helps a lot. For example, in that book, there is Artemis Fowl Senior as well as Junior, so "Artemis" and "Artemis Fowl" will often match for both of them, causing some confusion.
Hard to avoid when you're doing mass processing like this. If you were going to sell them (*cough* Amazon), you'd want to go through and fix things like that manually.
