Google "apple ebook drm removal" . There are several links that describe how it's done and point you to the software to purchase. The company is legit. I've been using their iTunes movie DRM removal software for a number of years. I can't say that I've bought a lot of ebooks from Apple. I tend to buy more from Amazon, but it's always nice to have options. I won't go into more details unless the moderator says I can name the company.
I just did a google search with that exact phrase, and all of the links pointed to software that used versions of Requiem, and required using an older version of iTunes. Have you actually been able to remove DRM from an iBook ebook that was downloaded using the latest version of iTunes? If so, I would be interested in knowing the name of the software, since I couldn't find it in a google search.
