I agree with ApK - he made anything worth watching. My personal favorite was his portrayal of Colonel Brandon in Sense and Sensibility. His acting was so heartfelt, it should have put to rest the notion that the romantic hero must always be a pretty boy, both as a character in the story or as a Hollywood given. Such a talent, and that voice... Gone too soon.
