i see this link but no option how to add 'table of content' file link in toc by command line.
when i convert docx to epun my all file
titlepage.xhtml
jacket.xhtml
index_split_000.html
index_split_001.html
index_split_002.html
index_split_003.html
index_split_004.html
but in toc.ncx only three file link
index_split_002.html
index_split_003.html
index_split_004.html
i want all file link add in toc.ncx. can you explain me. how i do
