They don't seem to care much.

Although there is/was a thread on their community boards for book requests I don't know that it made much difference. It took years of people asking, including the author, to get one of Julie Miller's books out as an eBook in the US (book one in the series, with all other books available )


You can try checking Mills & Boon UK or Harlequin Australia to see if it's out in either of those markets (the Miller book was out in Aus for more than a year before the US got it).
