About 5 or 6 years ago, Pocketbook was thought of very highly, in my opinion.

They had the 360 Pocketbook, which received a large number of positive reviews. Based on those reviews, I purchased one.

However, they were quickly subsumed (again, in my opinion) by the competition, and became somewhat of a niche company (is if such a thing is NOT possible in a little company producing ebook readers!).

They just don't have much of a presence in the marketplace. One has to really search to find one of their products. Most people are happy with the ecosystem built into a Kindle or a Kobo.

Maybe the secret is to have an ebook reader that begins with the letter 'K'.

I just recently 're-discovered' my Pocketbook 360. I love the form factor, but of course the technology has gone the way of the dinosaur.

Produce a font-lit up-to-date Pocketbook 360 WITH THE SAME FORM FACTOR, and I'll buy it in between heartbeats.
