Apple have released the first beta of iOS 9.3 today to registered developers. The public beta has yet to appear, but I expect that to turn up tomorrow.

This reportedly includes a new feature called iBooks for iCloud to allow synchronisation of non-Apple purchased content to and from the cloud.

I'll be testing this as soon as the public beta appears. There's currently no indication as to when iOS 9.3 will be available for all devices.
