If somebody else wants to write the code for it, I'll happily accept an adapter for fictionhunt.com. But I'm not interested in spending time on it myself.
First of all, I'm not pleading to add the adaptor - I'm happy just to have ff.net working all the time, along with a few of the others already added. Anything additional is a bonus. But, if anyone is thinking about it, here's some more thoughts/information. Honestly, I believe fictionhunt is nice, and it'd be nice to grab stuff ff.net has removed just for personal archival purposes, but it's not a story site itself.

The second story is because someone probably felt the need to request its removal from fictionhunt.com, so while it's an archive they remove at request. You'll notice that they offer a takedown email at the bottom of their frontpage as well.

As for the first, and only showing 53 chapters instead of the 54 in the metadata? Well, it probably got deleted between the collection of the metadata and the actual download of the story - because ff.net has so much going on I'm sure it has a queue service of some sort between collecting metadata and downloading.

I could provide multiple examples of stories no longer available on ff.net that are available here. I've been going through lists and checking stories the last few days. I recently have been laid off and wanted to get in some reading, so was looking into different lists/stories to download and read so I have run across several that were on a list, but no longer available on ff.net. fictionhunt had them though.

All of these are story ID numbers that are valid on fictionhunt and have disappeared off ff.net. These are all HP, and I have only thrown in 40 to show the validity of fichunt. I have 120 or so that I can provide between HP and Naruto of stuff I have run across that isn't available any longer. I tend to keep notes forever, and I have a list of stuff I run across that's not on ff.net anymore, so it's not difficult for me to go through it and check what fichunt has.

Anyway, the list:
8141078, 8653189, 6888301, 4930497, 9254704, 7497026, 9714782, 11369481, 10659735, 6836519, 3528367, 7692895, 7308255, 11232001, 5190840, 8509128, 7302255, 11631837, 8075692, 7362368, 11333314, 7528576, 5506246, 7805862, 5902170, 1149713, 6898916, 8172524, 4382051, 4133294, 7863427, 2754618, 8633479, 8972778, 3633474, 5988270, 2197640, 6407814, 11349179, 4318549

Most I personally have no interest in at all. One or two I found on fichunt had been 'taken down' probably at the authors request. But there were a couple I might consider reading and are on my own personal queue list for when I want to bother downloading them page by page or reading via my phone.
