There was a plugin: Recoll Full Text Search
But linux only (plus it has not been updated for the Qt5 change).

In theory, it should not be hard to do the same for Windows, should a Windows user know of a suitable indexing tool that can be accessed through python/CLI and be willing to put in the work to write a plugin.
