Two main problems:
1) "Error while parsing file 'value of attribute "id" is invalid; must be an XML name without colons"
Somewhere in the referenced files (it gives you the line number) are invalid XML names -- the error message doesn't actually tell you what though...

2) "Referenced resource could not be found in the EPUB."
You are trying to use files that don't exist???

Have you checked those books using calibre's Editor tool "Check book"?
Alternatively using Sigil's Flightcrew plugin.

Either will do a better job than Epubcheck at reporting the source of a problem.

calibre conversions are not guaranteed to be Epubcheck-compliant, although they are supposed to work in real-world conditions.
