You open Calibre & highlight all the books in Library 1. Click "Edit metadata". On my version of Calbre, there are two tabs: "basic metadata" and "search and replace". On the basic metadata tab, fill in the tag you want to use (i.e. Lib1 of my example) in the "Add tags" field. Click ok and Calibre should proceed to tag all the books.
