I think all my issues with Harlequin ebooks have been resolved too. They still have problems with one title I bought with rewards points (the newest TEssa Dare novella) so they're supposed to be refunding my points for that as well. The problem wasn't' with the points, it's just that that title won't download from their bookshelf.
