The time is correct, though I am in Australia (not sure if that makes a difference?).
Did as you suggested, and interestingly in debug mode I could see all the other menu items for the plugin - previously the only item I could see when I clicked on it was 'customise plugin'.

What I find wierd in this log is it mentions fanficfare - that is not a plugin I've ever used or knowingly installed...
