It would be nice, but its somewhat difficult to achieve since it requires replacing the image(s) in the framework-res file. Had it been just a matter of picking images from a designated folder, it would have been easy. Also, ereaders, especially non-Kindle ones, being niche products, I wouldn't hold out too much hope for that.
