Let's see places not to take a phone. About half of Interstate 10 in Texas. At least 50 miles of Interstate 20 in Texas. The Davis Mountains.
Verizon phones don't work in lower Oklahoma or north of Sulphur Springs Tx. They also do not work within a 30 mile radius of Brownwood Tx.
Oh and in some spots on Highway 87 in Texas. Also most of Interstate 37 between San Antonio and Corpus Christi.
Thank goodness for our GPS.
At HarryT, we saw a stretch of road that one definitely needs both hands on the wheel and great reaction time Christmas eve night. Note, there were not many cars but I can say the white tail deer population is healthy.
