Too many cookies over the holidays has my pants fitting more snugly than I'd like them. So I have resolved to eat more fruit and veggies and plan weekly menus to avoid eating out. I also plan to lift more weights this year so bodyweight may be unreliable for measuring progress. I'm pondering what to use to maintain accountability. Mirror selfies? Caloric balance sheet?
