Hi everybody!
I have a Kobo Wifi N289 (version 1.9.11) and seem to be having the dreaded forever "Updating your software" and "No books found" issues as well... I've tried all documented steps from this thread like Tibcsi above, so I would greatly appreciate the link for the image as well!
