The original eBook was still in the cart. I chose a different one and I still get free shipping and not a free eBook. Funny I never noticed a redemption selection for free shipping (says My Rewards Free Shipping). But then I don't read print books anymore and probably overlooked it.
I have sent 2 emails this weekend. I'll give them at least one weekday to respond before calling. Seems like a number of people are having problems.
