Your User folder probably changed (a bit) and calibre just can't find the old path (or preferences)
No problem
Search the file system for Metadata.db, one of those (if found) is your OLD Library folder.
In Calibre: Use the Library Icon menu: Switch/Create: Use existing: <the one you found>
No need to re-import if you follow these instructions
