True. Occasionally I'll be frustrated that an item is not on Prime, or that it's an "add-on" that requires a larger order, but just as often, I'll pay an extra buck or two for the Prime option of an item versus a cheaper non-Prime option, not just because of the probably-faster shipping, but because I trust Amazon's fulfillment process and because I trust that if there is a problem, the return will be hassle-free.
