@zaqqaz000 - FYI - the Library Manager, the Book Editor and the Book Viewer are discrete programs. . . calibre, ebook-editor and ebook-viewer respectively.

The Editor and Viewer programs can and are used directly from the OS (i.e. not via the Library Manager) hence their preferences must be maintained separately.
