The scary thing is that since no one outside of Overdrive appears to know why they stopped serving FW we have no way to tell whether BoB might suffer the same problems at a future date.
This concerns me because while I don't have much OD from FW, OD mobi has been my most common purchase format from BoB because of their reduced selection and higher prices in eReader in comparison to FW. (Many of BoB's really good deals/freebies exclude eReader for some reason).
I don't know which bothers me more - Overdrive pulling out of FW, or the lack of transparency regarding the whole situation. I trust FW enough that I think if they knew but could not reveal it publicly they would say that rather than say they don't know.
