Getting a wrong number is excusable. Calling back the second time was not.
You should have been rude right then.
Also if they call you names say "thank you" and they will probably stop if they *think* you are enjoying it.
Yes, I am a terrible person.
People like that caller really deserve to get some frustration of their own.
