Since this appears to be a Boyue rom, you can try what I did with my T62+. I am going to include the normal disclaimer for root stuff -
Please install at your own risk as I am not responsible for the damage you may cause to your own device.
First remove all the Google stuff you installed. It would probably be easier(and cleaner) to just do a factory reset. A factory reset won't remove root.
Download and unzip the toolkit from the first post here

Install ES File Explorer and turn on Root Explorer under tools. Use ES to copy the following three from the unzip to the \system\app directory on the tablet.
GoogleServicesFramework.apk
GoogleLoginService.apk
Phonesky.apk
Change the permissions on these three to be as shown in this ES screenshot.
After that, all you should need to do is reboot. After rebooting it will probably take a few for the Play Store to work while GoogleServicesFramework updates itself.
