And yet, I recall someone saying she'd never order anything from Amazon, ever again. Because she was too afraid of what uncalled-for action Amazon might take. MR members advised ordering "safe" items and getting return numbers back in line, a suggestion that was roundly excoriated. Because the posters didn't know what they were talking about.

Sigh. I guess I should be glad that reasonable suggestions did have an effect.
