No. There is only a problem when Family Library is involved. In the ordinary case every Kindle registered to the same account sees the same personal documents in the cloud.
There is an amusing bug here, when you do a "remove from device" on the Kindle to which the original email address belongs, after a day or so it is downloaded again.
